Your Wedding Day Experience

First, we hope you are enjoying married life!  Wedding days come and go so fast. 

Next, we hope you'll spend 5 - 10 minutes answering a few short, but important questions using the form below. We are interested in both what we can do better in the future, and your experience with your wedding day vendors at our venue.

Once this form is submitted, we will refund your damage deposit to the account used to pay the $1,000 on your payment plan.

If you paid by check, please include your mailing address in the form. Refunds of the refundable damage deposit will be processed approximately 2 weeks after the wedding.

Please provide your honest feedback. It's the only way we can get better, and we are committed to learning and improving. Kim and Bailey personally review every response and take them to heart. Any actionable feedback will also be shared with our team. We sincerely appreciate your participation.
