Weekday rentals are $3,995 (Thursdays from 10am-10pm)

You can add Thursday (4 hr time block) to your Friday rental for a $750 Thursday rental fee. This allows you to come in early & decorate for your big day.

Only sunday rentals get our standard decor package for free.
We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Cottage Farmhouse listed as the additional insured—approximate cost is $250.
We require security on-site and it is a $320 fee.
